  • Full sister to *Algorada:  dam of Champions and sold for $230,000 at auction

  • Full sister to Algeria:  the "Queen" of Janow Stud for many years; Algeria was the dam of *Algebra who sold for $700,00 in 1985 and *Algierczyk who sold for $310,000 in Poland

  • Imported to the U.S. in 1975 as a yearling

  • Alpaga was an exceptional mare through her production record, her conformation, and her pedigree.   She had the ability to produce foals in the true desert Kuhailan tradition.

  • *Alpaga is the Dam of 14 outstanding foals in the U.S.   Her sons have been exceptional sires and her daughters are valued broodmares.  *Alpaga has produced:  Adalja who sold for $126,00 in 1987 as a yearling; Alterna who sold for $70,000 in 1987; Amperator (by Negatraz) who is an outstanding sire in the U.S.;  Allusion MSC who was sold to the King of Morocco and exported to Morocco; Absolute MSC who was a Top Ten Reining Horse;  Alabasca MSC (by DWD Tabasco) who was sold and exported to Italy where she became a halter champion; Algonkwin who was exported to England where he was a Halter Champion and a chief sire of Champions; Alexis MSC; Anatefka; Analolia; Acasia; Akkord; Adariaga; and Alpagas Jewel CS (by Travis MSC) her last foal.

  • Alpaga's foals have been exported to:  France, Morocco, Holland, Italy, England and Sweden.
